要说到网红小吃,烤面筋必须拥有姓名!我爱上面筋的Q弹口感,就是从烤面筋开始的,每次去小吃街,总忍不住要捧一把面筋,吃烧烤也是必点菜品!不过在家待着已经许久没吃上烧烤了,就更别提小吃街了,怕是连小吃街的路都要不认识了。
可谁说面筋只能烤着吃呢,在家一直研究各种好吃的,倒是让我发现了原来比烤面筋更好吃的是面筋烧肉!面筋吸收了肉香,更加的鲜美入味,口感却还是一如既往的Q弹有嚼劲,当真是吃着比肉更过瘾!
